  the staff is very friendly and understanding ,the location is in a very clean quiet safe neighbourhood the interior garden is awsome the terrace from up has view to pyramids the room is big simple and clean the hotel in general is good value for the money

  I loved that nothing was a problem. The staff went out of their way to help me and make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was there during the 2nd Revolution, but even so was able to take tours and sightsee. What was particularly good was that the tour company knew what and where was safe, and was quite honest (E.G. no you can't g... cosa dice la gente » o there). The breakfasts were great. Pool area lovely, although there can be lots of families and noisy kids. So, maybe another pool especially for ad - The staff were great, the room was spotless, the range of food was good, especially the breakfast. For the price we paid and considering the location, we think it was great value for money. It was also nice to have some green space after spending a few days seeing the sights of Cairo! After reading some of the reviews, we weren't expecting much, but we really enjoyed our time there!

  It was just what we were after: clean, everything functioned as it shoul, and a good price. We live in Cairo but like to escape to use a swimming pool every now and again. For this it was perfect! Personally, I loved the fact they have their own camel they bring out in the evening, what a nice touch! The prices once you are in the hotel are also v... cosa dice la gente » ery competitive with the prices you would find outside the hotel, which is a rarity in most parts of the world. - Once again Cairo and letsbookhotel.com have been able to provide excellent value for money although living in Cairo it was great to have an over night stay in a different part of the city. The main reason was the excellent sound and light show at the pyramids. But to get half board accomadation for 3 and access to swimming pool made it feel like we had not only crossed the city but gone further afield and left life behind.

  the lovely big swimming pool, and the fact that the hotel has quite a few Arabic guests which was rather nice for my little boy All staff very friendly and helpful - Big resort hotel, comfortable, lots of amenities, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for quick taxi ride to the Pyramids.
