Privacy, hospitality, room, service. It is quite an exceptional place. No need to travel hours to the far east, because you can find much better quality right here. -
The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. Rooms are
spacious and very tidy. Food quality for dinner at the main
restaurant was very good.

The hotel is very luxurious, very comfort, I like alot its design, the
swimming pools, the beach and the sea, the tasty food, service was
outstanding moreover the activity for children in away that will give
the family the time to enjoy , frankly speaking I strongly recommend
this hotel to all ppl of different nationalities, different

Friendly and helpful staff. I am impressed with their courteous treatment of their guests. Good food and service. Outstanding SPA. Very nice swimming pool. If you like to be in a nice quite place, then this is the hotel to be in. The hotel is very far away from town which could be an advantage (or a disadvantage to some). The food was also excellent.

We had a 4 days reservation and extended one more day (wished we could extend more), we had spacious family room with large bathroom.
what I liked the most is :
-Staff Dedication: Receptionists , Mr Salah the night manager ( took care of a problem with my door lock and gave us another room in better place)

All was perfect. The food was very good and with great variety . We suggest to try the a la carte hotel arabbeya, amazing really. Room 15202 beautiful position and nice half suite . Staff very professional . We will come back for sure! Special thanks to the front line manager speaking italian mr Lotfy!
