The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &

L'incredibile vista delle piramidi dalla stanza.In più sono molto attenti alla pulizia della camera, che fanno anche 2 volte al giorno.Da segnalare anche la grande elasticità nell'orario della colazione (dalle 3 alle 11 a.m.!!!) - theo only good thing is the restaurants and the pyramid views.. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to spend a couple days around the pyramid area. It is only a ten minute walk to the entry of the pyramids. It is safe and not necessary to pay in advance for a tour guide.
