  The hotel is situated within the old town, close to the castle and all other sites. The rooms, though basic ,had everything we needed and were very clean. The breakfast was expansive, more than we expected considering the price of the room. The owner didn't speak a lot of English, but he spoke enough for us to get by, and he was so kind, hospitable, and accommodating! The pension is just a few steps away from the castle. Along the street, there are a number of restaurants. Hence finding food is definitely not a challenge. It's not just renovated building with modern and luxury furniture, but all the small details and accessories (e.g. slippers, wine glasses with corkscrew, umbrella, bathroom accessories...) really make you feel like home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is great for the city, as long as you don't mind a few steps (80) to the town. There is a slightly longer route without steps if required. However the city is wonderful and worth the short walk.
