Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . Altogether I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again a great experienc

We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines

We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

Hotel veramente ottimo in tutto.
Zona abbastanza centrale, a dieci minuti dal Ponte Carlo.
L'hotel in origine era un vecchio monastero. Quindi ha la corte all'aperto (dove c'è il garage).
La colazione europea veramente di alto livello e completa.

Addirittura poichè la mia ragazza è stata male il Sabato sera, ci hanno portato la cena in camera dal ristorante a fianco. Inoltre il giorno dopo ci hanno anche dato una camera di cortesia in quanto avevamo il vole la sera alle 22.00.
