We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good.
We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels.
The prices are also good.
Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)

Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable.
