Very helpful staff throughout the hotel which was clean comfortable and friendly. The pool area looked very inviting but it was not quite warm enough for us in early May. Loved spending time in a castle setting and being in the heart of cesky raj hiking area was wonderful. Receptionist was particularly helpful with a map of the region and confirming internet recommended walks.
Breakfasts were included when booking online and were very good. -
