We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Servizi hotel, posizione e facilità di movimento con mezzi pubblici - Camera accogliente e silenziosa, bagno piccolo comunque funzionale,ottima e varia colazione.ambienti comuni spaziosi e confortevoli. It is a beautiful hotel and very well located. Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort. Friendly staff. We forgot our toothpaste and they took care of it and bought us a toothpaste. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport.
Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location.
Room was clean.
We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.
Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat.

This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town
within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good.
I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.
