  It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay.   This hotel was brand new with superb facilities. It's got everything you need. Perfect location, close to public transport and just behind the cathedral. Wifi works great. Rooms are super clean. It was so nice and cosy that we didn't feel like leaving. - The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.

  Friendly staff, Andrew, who took us to our rooms and helped us through the days is great. The houw, beginning of December was very warm, with all the amenities available. At first we even thought we were sharing it with another guests :-) The location could not be more central - just two steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square.
