Io odio gli hotel in pieno centro, questo e' leggermente fuori dal centro storico di Praga ma siamo sempre andati in centro a piedi (15min circa) oppure si arriva in centro con 3 fermate di tram. There was a nice clean en-suite shower room with loo. I had read that there were toiletries in the bathroom, which was good, as we had travelled hand luggage only. Unfortunately there was no shampoo only shower gel. But this was soon sorted by the kind and polite gentleman on reception who supplied us with a couple of small bottles of very - The localization of hotel are very good because is far from turistic downtown and near to subways and trams (public transportations). This is good because the city does not operate with Euros, only tchec crouwns, local money, and the there are better currency exchange houses and good restaurants. The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after.   It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay.   Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay.
