Nina the hotelier. What a character. She only speaks Czech and Russian but is tremendous fun and is very helpful even if communication is with hands and feet.

The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.

The owners were super friendly and very welcoming, they speak a bit of English, pretty good German and of course Czech. Our room was big, very neat and clean, the beds very good. Probably the whole place was renovated not too long ago.
I absolutely recommend the place.

Warm staff - feel like home . The food in the restaurant was .
delicious. and not expensive.
We arrived late at night and they were waiting for us and although the restaurant was about to close they wait for our order and serve as with not hurry.
They even gave our little girls a small present :)

Great panoramic views at this area. If you have car it's good place to stay for 1-2 days in Karlovy Vary, instead of expensive hotels in the center. It's only 5 mms from the city center.

This little hotel is a great place to chill. I recommend it for everyone, for families with little children, or for group of friends. The staff was really kind, the meals are big, and cheap, the city centre is 2 minutes by car... So I can not tell any negatives :)
