  Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is excellently kept. Meals are varied and good. We took a package called " Kururlaub" which included everything ( room, meals, free wifi, use of pool and sauna, + wellness package).. Also booked some bus trips: pick up at hotel and back to hotel, eg: Prague.. A fantastic 9 nights stay.
