  When we arrived, Dražen took the time to welcome us and give us all the explanations we needed about the city and about the apartment. We felt welcome. We booked the large apartment (because of the balcony), and it had everything we needed.   It was a delightful experience at the Flores apartments! The 2 bedroom apartment we occupied for several days was fully equipped, renewed and clean with all the necessities one needs for a comfortable stay. There is enough parking place around a block and the neighborhood seems reasonably safe. Also there is a speaker of the HI-FI installed in the bathroom which I find very cool, taking a shower with music. The apartment is close to the center (10-15 min. walking) and in a nice area that has easy access by tram or walking to the other parts of the city. The owner was very friendly,

It was a glass wall, the batheoom had no window and the other room had a small window to the coridor. Liked verry - As business consultant I can tell to all potential visitors coming to ZAGREB: Hotel ILICA - can be a case study for all young hotel managers of how to get benefits from hotel with very limited possibilities. I can recommend it for businessmen, turists who do not like ARTIFICIAL "keep smiling" and prefer very open minded and sincere attitude of hotel staff. These guys really like to serve and help...Nothing to do with trained "robots".
