Very unusual architect-designed house on 3 levels (no lift, if stairs are a problem for you) that overlooks greenery & trees. Lovely sitting-out areas and an excellent, light & airy breakfast room. It will take you a 20 min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.
