Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very
efficient a/C. Oh and the beds are a dream to lay on.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried. Really kind owner. Introducing facility with warmly. Seen off even if the early departure. Definitely visit again and again.

Room extraordinary. Very very clean. TV and wifi to work very well. Parking at the door. The only thing is that is far from the city center, but Marko the owner very friendly, recommended to take a taxi (40 Kn - 6 euros) and called us a cab. Highly recommended. -
Balcony ( if you are licky with the sea view, if not- a tiny corner of the seaview).

I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town.

The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites. The price and location was great. The owners daughter came to drop off the keys right on time and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was great. Also there is a motorized train that will take you right into the middle of Zadar and the pick up is right in front of the marina 50 meters

The apartment is nicely decorated, location is good may be Coz we have a car. The staff is just excellent. My friend has let behind a Down jacket so we called their staff Leri about the situation from another city. Within 24 hours we have already received her jacket in our next destinated hotel. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. There is easy, free parking if you are arriving by car (I cannot imagine how you would get here without a car). The studio apartment was quite big, with a proper kitchen. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and gave us directions to town, the grocery store, etc.

This hotel is very close to several beaches. There is even a sandy beach close by. It is 30 - 45 minutes on foot and 5 - 7 minutes by bus. The breakfast was OK. -

Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

The apartment is right in the centre of the old town which is by far the place to stay if your visiting zadar.
For anyone who hasn't been the old town is seaway to get around, you can walk round the whole thing in half an hour, but there is till loads to do. So ,icy to see, places to eat and drink...you could send all week in the old town and not

Our experience with Downtown Accomodations was fantastic from start to finish. Ivan contacted us prior to our travel to coordinate our arrival including picking us up at the airport. He was a fantastic host giving us an overview of the city, sites and suggestions on restaurants and bars.
The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The homemade brandy was quite a nice treat. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is spacious. The AC worked well.

Far exceeded all my expectations and I am already planning to return. It was just right for my family and me but next time I'll take only my wife. Highly recommend this place to any first time or most savvy and experienced travelers to Zadar. Rocco who looked after us was fantastic, told us all about Zadar and the best places to go. Even picked us up and took us to the airport when we were leaving.
Apartment was brilliant, really clean and modern and couldn't have asked for anything better!
Also in the perfect location in Zadar's old town, super easy to get everywhere.
