Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vanilla.
Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food.
The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off from the very hot sunshine, and the sun loungers around it are perfect for relaxing.

first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Peaceful and elegant. The shower was great and powerful. A very cheap taxi ride from the Old Town, about £5. I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town.

The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites. Traveling is about people. And this is what you'll find here. Friendly people who will greet you like an old friend. The clean room, nice little kitchen or large bathroom didn't even matter for me anymore. Take the distance to the old town as a nice walking tour in an area which is not tourist, an area just for you where you can observe the real life of Zadar.
