The host was very friendly and helpful. She also serves breakfast which
is highly recommended as there are very few restaurants in the area the
closest one is around 3 kms near Seliste market/ bus stop but serves
amazing food in good price. Plitvice lakes is approximately 3-4 kms,
very close if driving if not be ready for walking/hiking the ticket

We loved our time in smoljanac. We had a warm welcome from our hosts. It was really easy to find and very close to beautiful plitvice lakes. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent value for money. It was a real treat to be able to swim in the river below the house and cool off after a very hot day walking round the lakes(& not being able to swim in the lakes!).

It was great, the haus is in the nature, very familiar, in a beautiful place, very calm and peaceful. We were a group of 7 people and we loved it, we could even use the grill for barbecure. I highly recommend this apartment to stay if you want to go to the lakes. However, it is better if you are by car, it might be a bit dificult if you're by bus

The house is situated in a very peaceful village. Quite nice views from the apartment.
The main thing is that it's located about 8 km from main entrance to Plitvice national park, so it's very close. If you're going there - Apartments Krizmanic is the place to stay :) -

We loved staying at the Renata Rooms and Apartment! It is a beautiful property very close to Parking 1 for the Plitvice Lakes. We enjoyed staying here. The lady who was running the place was really friendly, and we managed to communicate through the language barrier, using a bit of German and a bit of Russian. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was great to be able to grill outside both nights.
