This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lipa. The facilities were excellent, rooms very spacious and smart with lovely views onto the bay. The pool was good and the food very nice. The staff, in particular, were excellent. They spoke perfect English and did everything they could to make sure we had a lovely stay and to deal with any problems if we had them.

Good hotel with a nice pool area. We where there in June and the pool was not crowded which was very nice. Modern and spacious with good breakfast. A walk to the town of Bol took about 15 minutes with children 6-9 years.

Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. Location of hotel is ideal..short walk into city center, yet away from the crowds. Beach is across the street. Hotel is nicely maintained-rooms are a bit stark. But, staff was wonderful and the hotel offers a very comfortable atmosphere with nice dining area and very pretty setting. -

The personnel were very helpful and nice. The room was also nice with beautiful view and nice jacuzzi bath tub. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The hotel is situated in village of Seget Vranjica located about 5 km north of Trogir. There is however a nice walking path on the coastline going to Trogir and you can also use the bus.
