Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried. Really kind owner. Introducing facility with warmly. Seen off even if the early departure. Definitely visit again and again.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Even if Villa is not in the center, its only 40 minutes walk to the Old part of the town, and 10 mins to sea. Its a perfect place for people, who likes active or passive holidays. I especial

On our arrival we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and informative. As we arrived a bit late she advised of a restaurant near by that we could have a meal from, which was fair priced and average. The rooms are clean and simple, there is a bakery just next door which sells nice pastries. There is enough room for parking and a garden with a pool which is heated.
Overall, a nice clean place to stay with a friendly and helpful host.

Your are right in the middle of the city and did not have to walk far to find a great restaurant. Air conditioned and could not hear anything going on outside; it was peace and quiet when we went to sleep and when we woke up. Most of the people there are super friendly and kind. the host is very helpful and with any questions you had she was more than happy to answer. This place is really worth the money spent.

The hosts Vinko (mr Kardum) and mrs Kardum were very warm and friendly.
Even though they spoke little English they were very warm in making us
feel welcome and telling us about themselves. Their service was
excellent, we left some things at the apartment and they went out of
their way to arrange the return of the things to us at our final
destination before we departed Croatia. The apartment was newly
renovated and was clean & comfortable with carpark. We really
appreciate their assistance
