  We were sutisfied with everything in hotel Makarsa. Staff was friendly, everything was perfectly clean , breakfast was delicious. Perfect hotel and we hope we would come soon again. - great mixture of the mountain and sea views. good breakfast easy access to various restaurants.

  The hotel is a part of San Antonio Hotel. Very close to the sea, the 1st line on the beach. The beach itself is nice, long, clean and not crowded. Rooms are big, we were lucky and had nice terrace and magnificient sea view. Very convinient to stay there if you want both to relax on the beach and visit Split, Omis and other cities around.   Overall really enjoyed our stay, wished we'd extended in fact. Location is superbly between both the obvious beach and the restaurants at the little harbour being little over 10 min stroll to each. We where there in June and the pool was not crowded which was very nice. Modern and spacious with good breakfast. A walk to the town of Bol took about 15 minutes with children 6-9 years. Zlatni Rat beach was very nice but crowded. That's how it is when the beach is famous! Bol is a neat place to visit. Overall a very nice stay!

  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good.   Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. Breakfast was probably the best we had been offered on our Europe trip, fresh and plentiful every morning regardl - Best place we have stayed- location can't get any better than that.The service from 1st day to last was 1st class.The view from balcony awesome- food great and plentiful. We felt welcome from day one, the apartment was nice and clean, everything was new, big balcony, swimmingpool, close to the beach and a very friendly staff. We definately recommend a stay here!
