The apartment was absolutely huge, featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for such travelers as us - two couples, especially since two halves of the apartment had a small dividing wall, which allowed for even more privacy.

Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

Located overlooking the main Dubrovnik Marina / Harbour, and with easy access to the City Centre / Old Town (you probably wouldn't want to walk it which would be the best part of an hour i expect, but good transport links and an easy drive). Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people.
The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.

The owner was a wonderful couple, very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel welcome and it's more like a b&b than a hotel. More personal than just a room in a hotel. They offer laundry service and personal shuttle service. The buses come every 15 minutes just outside the residence. Its a short walk. About 60-80 meters. Excellent location: 5 min walk from the south old town door and from a very nice sand beach. Nice sea views from the terrace. Kind personal who let us park our car in their place. They contacted us by mail to provide very clear information explaining how to get there. Without doubt, I would repeat. Absolutely reccomendable. -
