  This hotel is playing in a higher class (but also higher price range). You will notice their professional approach in a lot of aspects. We booked the superior room and had a magnificent view on Kvarner Bay. We were happy to have this room, the others looked more basic (and not having a balcony). The swimming pool is also very nice, - Excellent service, friendly staff, great brakfast, fantastic view over Kvarner bay, best gnocci with truffles ever eaten, bus shuttle service to town, excellent air condition in superior room (important in summer for those who prefer absolute quietness at night with windows and balcony doors closed), room design chic, superb mattresses.

  Excellent relationship between quality and price - The hotel is obviously old (as almost any hotel in Opatija) but I liked the way they tried to keep it clean and pleasant for tourists. The rooms are big enough, staff really friendly. The view from the balcony is great. 10 min walk to the very center. The hotel´s beach is small and nice, though it probably gets crowded in high season. - Extremely friendly, helpful and very professional English speaking staff. We were upgraded into G H Adriatic I. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold with an outstanding selection. We were so impressed we stayed on for an additional two days on a half board basis which at 72 Euro was outstanding value. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

  I may declare that almost everythig in our stay at the hotel was positive. Very appreciable the car delivery to and from the parking. Very appreciable the hotel little sea restorant on the rock shore. Staff friendly and effective.
