  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

Nothing was too much trouble, even picking us up at the airport, dropping us back to the airport to pick up our rental car 2 days later at no charge whatsoever. - The owners were friendly and accomodating. The Pattiera is also so central and occupies possibly the best location in Cavtat.   Have just returned from 2 weeks in Cavtat staying at Villa Ana. From being collected from the airport by Zeljka's uncle with a lovely smile to being dropped off 2 weeks later we had a marvellous stay. Zeljka and her aunt/uncle were fantastic, always willing to help without being intrusive - offering trips to the supermarket and washing. The location is great, being close to the centre of things but just far enough away for it to be quiet and quite private. This was our second visit to Cavtat in two years and we had no hesitation about staying at Villa Ana for a second time; we even upgraded and got a top-floor Superior apartment - the views are stunning and the balcony is bathed in sunshine all day.
