  We booked studio apartment but got the big 2 bed apt as it was free and the host was so kind to offer us a free upgrade ;) Apt was really nice with lovely sitting room/kitchen area, in the center of Old Town. The location was perfect, charming and unforgettable, few steps away from the main square but very quiet. All necessary stuff was in the ap... cosa dice la gente » t, kitchen was well equipped, no problems with hot water or air con, big flat-screen tv - would be great for a family or a group of friends. - Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

  1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation - Very good value for money, very comfortable room, very good breakfast and in the... cosa dice la gente » absolute centre of the old town. The Staff were most helpful. We were able to check in early and we were able to leave our suitcases in storage until an evening ferry.
