-nice and vivid area - Zeng Cuo An -seaview (room 603). + cheap + location. -No English speaking staff -Difficult to find -Room looked nice and newly renovated but rather dirty. Staff wasn't motivated, they would try to answer with poor english if we asked something but not very helpfull. For example, they refused to call us a taxi, and told us to go outside and try find one ourselves. We stayed for 6 nights, no towels and no cleaning during. Would have been nice if someone even emptied our trashcans, or told us where to take them. Bathroom needs fixing up. Our room also smelled bad, like sewer. Everything was little bit shabby, but it was cheap.
