Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and not at all bad location. Very rewarding to live in a "hutong" area and the rooms were clean, cosy and very spatious. I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights! Period. Theservice was amazing, the ammenities were phenomenal, there is absolutelynothing we could have wanted that we didn't already have during ourstay.
