the receptionist is very nice and make us a quick checkin. room is very clean and big enough to relax. furnitures are modern. The location is quite wonderful with convenient traffic connections. Just down town. It is definitely a satisfactory experience. Price is also a surprise. -

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the
Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for
all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff,
plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your
first language. The airports is not far, plus the staff will pick up
tickets

The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs.
Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful.
Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

The whole hotel is excellent. All of the staff in the hotel were helpfull and freindly. The team in the business club lounge are brilliant in every way. The locaition for business was perfect and the surrounding area is great for eating out.

Good standard. Staff very friendly. Big plus for lost&found service. Forgotten 1 very expensive make-up in the hotel room. Found and sent to us immediately. Received 2 days after check-out. Impressive and so convinient!

Very good rooms: design, comfortable furniture, excellent bedding! Very friendly and responsible stuff. Beautiful territory around the hotel and very good breakfast (really large assortment of dishes, and everything is delicious). -

We had an upgrade to the executive floor great room with a view over the river, the skyline was particularly beautiful at night with all the lights, it was just a short walk over the bridge into the square to eat in many restaurants or for a great choice for shopping -

The hotel is in very good condition and it is clearly build as a business/spa hotel. The staff doesn't speak English at all, besides one guy called mr. Wong. who speaks excellent English and is very helpful.
