The attention to detail at the Fairmont Peace Hotel is second to none. From the friendly nature of the staff, exquisite surroundings and location. This is a world-class hotel in a world-class location. We upgraded to the gold level at the recommendation of the front desk. Great advice as the treatment is first class. The Fairmont Peach Hotel is one of new favourite hotels. The service was outstanding from the moment we were collected from the airport and during our whole stay. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

Loved everything about the Pudong Shanghai La. Simply of world-class
standards all the way through. I was especially impressed by the dinner
buffet where cuisines from different parts of the world were available.

I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -
Location is great. 5 minutes walk from Pearl Tower, Aquarium and metro station. Lot's of shopping

Located by the side of Metro station and the shopping malls are near a few minute on foot. Room and front staffs are quite fine, they are good at speaking English.The swimming pool is wonderful to enjoy with children. -

lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance, as was the
French Concession.
