The "club" category rooms have impressive view over the Bund
and the City, especially the spot scene of Pudong by night. All the
complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft
drinks, some small food, etc.).
Swimming pool in floor 21 is a big plus, for both view and relax after the hot summer weather.

Gli appartamenti (è presente anche una piccola cucina) sono molto confortevoli e moderni. La posizione dell'Hotel è molto buona, a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Inoltre si è vicini a molte zone animate la sera (Xitiandi per esempio) e ad alcune vie ricche di ristoranti (South Yunnan Road, vicino alla fermata della metro).

Hotel in zona strategica, abbastanza vicino alle stazioni metro e a due passi da un quartiere pieno di locali e bar perfetto per la sera.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Perfect for a mid-week getaway to Shanghai. The staff were welcoming,
helpful and accommodating. The decor of the hotel was ecelectic and
inviting, a real fusion of Asian and Modern. The bed were comfortable
and the room was lovely and spacious. The gym was well set out and
looked out over the river. It was so inspiring to look at Pudong all lit
up while running on the treadmill. The hotel put on a gorgeous

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
