  Amazing hotel, excellent service. It was my birthday during this time and I had not told any of the staff but they must of deduced this from my ID and so they sent me a cake. This was a nice touch to an excellent hotel.   Location, location, location! I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
