Gli appartamenti (è presente anche una piccola cucina) sono molto confortevoli e moderni. La posizione dell'Hotel è molto buona, a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Inoltre si è vicini a molte zone animate la sera (Xitiandi per esempio) e ad alcune vie ricche di ristoranti (South Yunnan Road, vicino alla fermata della metro).

La colazione eccezionale. Invece del solito buffett, un menù alla carta ricco di proposte.
Hotel in zona strategica, abbastanza vicino alle stazioni metro e a due passi da un quartiere pieno di locali e bar perfetto per la sera.

The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly.
The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

The Fairmont Peach Hotel is one of new favourite hotels. The service was outstanding from the moment we were collected from the airport and during our whole stay. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -
