Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower
was huge and had fantastic water pressure. -
Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our
departure and the breakfast was superb.

Unique design of the room and the use of recycled material throughout the hotel. Nice ambience on the ground floor entrance / restaurant area, very relaxing spot in the middle of the city. -

Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

Hotel staff are sociable. Half of them know basic english. This is very comfortable. Girls on reception are very friendly and are ready to help to resolve any problem. - The room was comfortable, easy access to Subway #2. i was upgraded in a double room paying for a simple, which made it an excellent value. large, confortable room. nice location in a lilong-type environment. also well situated re. subway/bus/nightlife neighborhood. staff is reasonably friendly and english-speaking.

The location of the hotel cant be better. Right in the middle of the
city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to
people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich
and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our
room on the 37th floor as well.

Staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Even when we turned up early. They made us comfortable until room was ready. Very helpful about where to go in city and assisted us with getting the best out of our last day. Breakfast was also wonderful there. In fact one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in.
