  friendly, funny and helpful staff. they speak english pretty well and make it feels like home. very nice and smart design for such small place. pretty clean for chinese standard. would recommend especially a solo traveller who would like to stay late drinking at the bar. easy to find from metro station line 2 and near a very lively Nanjing road. Shanghai Blue Mountain Bund Youth Hostel is a hidden in a side road (great as not too noisy) but has a GREAT location, about 3-4 minutes to Nanjing Road metro station.
