We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop.
The room was great - spacious, with a desk, fridge, tea making facilities, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Lots of space for our one year old

This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

Excellent Location just off Nanjing East walking Street and easy 3 min to entrance to Metro (Peoples Square). Room is nothing flash but more than adequate for the price. was facing the street so a bit of street noise but you should expect that at this level of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Plenty of restaurants in the area. -

Superb location, within walking distance to People's Square metro station (exit 14). Also within walking distance of the shopping belt of Nanjing Road. Many food options around the area, including Halal food for Muslims. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! -

We were given a free upgrade upon check-in and stayed in a nice room on the 5th floor. It was really clean, spacious and I really liked the design (a bit kitchy, literally everything in the room was green, but quirky and definitely not your usual hotel room). Bathroom was also clean and roomy, with all necessary amenities, towels changed daily. friendly, funny and helpful staff. they speak english pretty well and make it feels like home. very nice and smart design for such small place. pretty clean for chinese standard. would recommend especially a solo traveller who would like to stay late drinking at the bar. easy to find from metro station line 2 and near a very lively Nanjing road. We stayed in a double room for one night only and were happy with the hostel. Nice big, clean room with a great view, big new bathroom. Shanghai Blue Mountain Bund Youth Hostel is a hidden in a side road (great as not too noisy) but has a GREAT location, about 3-4 minutes to Nanjing Road metro station. You need to look for the sign though as there is a few hotels/hostels in the same building. Staff was friendly and spoke good english. There are plenty of places to eat around as well as supermar

Beddings, blankets and mattresses were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, there was one who spoke fluent english. The location was absolutely perfect.
