She went above and beyond to help us out with bookings and wrote directions in Chinese for us so we could show taxi drivers. The rooms were big, clean, and had the most comfortable beds we stayed in in all of china! We loved the fun decorations and theme to the hotel.. The restaurant on the main floor had excellent service (a rare find in china) and prices were a little steep, but aril not bad.

  Hotel was in a good location and was very good value for money, particularly after just coming from staying in Shanghai for 4 days. The room was massive (twin room with two large doubles!) and was very easy walk to the centre to the east, and the bars, clubs and restaurants to the south. One of the staff helped and guided us to the public bus to the train station, since it was rush hour and was impossible to find a taxi. (Unfortunately we realized that it was the wrong train station when we arrived there and we had to a taxi to the right one.)
