I was expecting a mediocre room for an expensive price, but actually got upgraded to a fantastic suite for an expensive price. The location is what it's all about here, but the hotel is actually of a high standard too.
Nice hotel with good breakfast. It prices very reasonable compared with the cost of beds in the refugios in the park. We also enjoyed a 4-hour bike trip to the waferfall. The rental bike quality was good.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Excellent location, awesome breakfast, great views, helpful staff, nice cozy rooms. Easy access to trails for Torres and Los Cuernos (W trek).
We arrived very exhausted after a 6 days hike with challenging weather sleeping under the tent ...this was paradise.
The beds were cloud-like.
Beautiful setting and it's fun to watch the hikers coming through the park who are often staging near the hotel.
This hotel is in a beautiful setting. The rooms are nice and the public
areas are good.
Amazing location. Stunning scenery. Great facilities.
Very relaxing environment.
Considering that the hotel is inside a National Park the confort is pretty good.
The location is perfect for hiking. I was impressed that there was wifi,
even though slow with interruption. But what can you expect in the
middle of nowhere behind a mountain?.
obviously, the best location in the park, however very expensive because of this. very good hotel, we did not lack anything, just too pricey.
Location, right on the trail for the Torres base trek. The documentary offered in the conference room before supper.
Clean hotel.
Location.
It's expensive running a hotel in a location like this and the prices of _everything_ reflect that.
A little pricy, but that's what you get for the location. Resturants are overpriced and only open for food until 10pm.
Staff was not very fiendly.
Breakfast was OK, not amazing like we expected for the price...
Dinner and Breakfast Buffet was expensive and often needed to be replenished. The food wasn't terrific.
Hotel staff did not seem eager to provide good customer service when requested.
The staff was not friendly. Our bill was totally off, with bar charges
that were not ours, with an over $50 difference from what the bill
should be. People in the hallways are very noisy late at night - should
be signs asking for quiet.
Not cheap (but that is to be expected when staying in Torres del Paine).
The staff tries to push you their excursions and doesnt give you any information about the park. And for the price they charge, the dinner buffet could be a lot better. We had the same thing every day for 50 dolars per person!.
The isolation between the rooms are poor. Some of the staff have a lazy
and couldn´t care less attitude. Very expensive for what you get.
i do not think it is a very good value for money. we did not have the all inlusive package but i have noticed that not all the advertised tours were available, even for the all inclusive guests.
Took 1 hour to check in, took 1 hour to get a meal and a beer at the bar, food was awful and im really not that demanding!
We felt that they didnt care about their customers, their is loads of staff but only very few of them are working, all the other are gathering around chatting to each other. Not what you expect for the price they are charging. We also stayed at Ecocamp Patagonia which is 5 minutes away and it was a billion time better.
Over priced for what you got. Staff generally efficient but not friendly.
Far too expensive. Carpet in room was extremely dirty, towels were not clean and buffet in restaurant was poor.
