The room was great. I had a terrible room and called the front desk and they immediately switched me. The bed was great and the room was spacious. The staff were top-notch. The food in the restaurant was mostly excellent. I had the filet mignon both nights and the second time was exquisite. Restaurant staff are outstanding in terms of friendliness

Location to the MTS Centre. The shopping mall being very close. The hotel itself was very nice. Starbucks on the main floor was very nice to have. We also liked not having room close to elevator. Pleasant staff. -

I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block

The professionnalism of the staff at the front counter.
When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the

The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see. The lounge was certainly friendly and the food was very good. The staff in the restaruant were very helpful.
