A comfortable well-run establishment with very good in-room free Wi-Fi. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hourly courtesy bus to Airport. Worth a walk to see the wild-life along the local creek. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. The Thai/Vietnamese one was good! -

The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot
tub. Cookies were fab! -

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. Anyway, it's the guest's choice to listen it or n

Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.
