Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. The room was ready early and set up beautifully.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another
world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was
fabulous. House keeping was very good. Thank you for a very relaxing and

We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

La camera è grande e pulita. I servizi essenziali ci sono tutti e la posizione dell'aòbergo è strategica per la città e l'aereoporto se siete in auto. Ci sono molti locali per mangiare raggiungibili anche a piedi -
Eravamo in transito e a tale fine l'albergo è stato perfetto nella posizione e nel conforto

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
the airport. -

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot

I like hotel rooms with an openable window to allow fresh air. I stay in the Crowne Plaze whenever I can as it is one of very few Toronto airport hotels with this feature. -
Liked the hot shower! After a long cross Atlantic flight, a hot, hot shower felt good. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly.
