The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. - nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
the airport. -

Despite the cheap price I received from this site and read the online reviews I was surprised at the great facilities, parking should be mentioned extra, I will stay again . The buffet was a decent menu as well, not special but fine for a 9.99 price, wi fi was a bit slow but what do you expect for free -

Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. While the room the initially put me in was on a floor with multiple hockey teams (Ages 8-12), when I asked to be moved to a quieter room they were quick to do so and very gracious about it. The new room was super quiet and very nice indeed...Made all the difference in my perception of the hotel. Liked it very much and would stay again. Also proximity to subway and Yorkdale mall a bonus.
