  This was an older hotel but it was clean, well maintained, and had a charm about it. The location was wonderful.....could walk any where. The staff was wonderful. Heart describes them best. We were greeted with smiles and helpfulness and they put themselves out for us in some very important ways. My spouse had a disability and I asked for... cosa dice la gente » some help. They were there for us instantly and continued to inquire if there was anything they could do further. They were warm and it was real. W - The view was spectacular from our room, overlooking the bay. The location is unbeatable in my opinion, right in the little town of Tofino, close to the water. Grocery store, bakery, gallery, wharf, nice restaurant, all within a block. A Saturday public market two blocks away. Amazing. There is a lounge area for preparing food which allows guests to interact if desired and feel connected to the others in the hotel. Location is unbeatable for what we wanted!

  The motel was a few steps from the beach. The receptionist was personable. The room was very basic but had everything we wanted or needed--including a full kitchen. - room was adequate - not fancy but comfortable and nice location. Pool was a pleasant surprise - large. I would go again.

  Loved watching the bald eagles from our balcony! This is a friendly place with just a few rooms, mostly with water views. Our room was simple but comfortable and we loved the balcony overlooking the harbor. Everyone was very nice. The sushi place upstairs seemed to be popular, but we're not big on sushi. The private deck was wonderful in the morning sun overlooking the bay. And the clear prisms in one window put rainbows all over the room in the morning. Love the retro atmosphere.
