  The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. He had all chance for rejecting our request, but he didn't. Secondly during our stay , our room service was great where we felt every day we were given a new room (except our mess... cosa dice la gente » and baggages) . We also left a personal note of thanks to the room service team Donna and her team with the fornt office. Then the Restaurent Rumpels - I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown. So I liked the hotel for the location.

  The staff were expecting us when we arrived and are very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant (Jack's) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. - We went to st. John's for medical reasons. Stayed at capital b/c we did stay there before and it was clean and quiet.
