  Clean rooms. Was also near the ferry terminal which we caught the next morning!! The room was all we needed for a night. Not the ritz but the price was right, - Friendly helpful staff This is a nice budget motel

  Kind staff, simple but very clean rooms. Parking right in front of your room. Coffee and cereals for breakfast. The motel actually sits on a hillcrest and offers nice views of the sea. Stayed there twice and can only recommend it to anyone on their way through St John (wouldn't spend much time in the city though). - It was very clean. It was very comfortable, affordable and provided me with everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The office staff was very personable and welcoming.

Workers socialize and talk in and around their rooms. Room was clean, bed remade daily and new towels too. But liked the room rate the most.   The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave good directions and recommendations. While not fancy, the facility was very clean and well maintained. Very good value.   Asked for linking exterior door for co/room mate smoker and got exactly that. Price was good for the short distance to Uptown Saint John. Front staff recommended restaurants and bars and was very helpful. - Tremendous staff. Very accomodating. Handy to everything for shopping, sight seeing.
