The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

Very nice pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful - they were very patient with my moderate ability in French, and they were very courteous and helpful. -
Loved the no rugs- for kids with environmental allergies this is a great idea and really appreciated.

The kids loved the indoor pool and waterpark facilities. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Overall, we were happy with this hotel. -
The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and quiet, the staff was efficient, the food at the restaurant was good.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. A note however about the bathtub: the area around the ceramic tiles was dirty and there was no rubber mat in the bathtub(accident waiting to happen) but other than that,it was fine. -

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait.
The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal.

The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us. -
The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)
