  Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. - Beautiful, luxurious bathrooms and fantastic view !!

  The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! We signed up for breakfast and it was a great way to start the day.They are planning on adding a spa and pool.It is a very unique hotel and we had a wonderful stay. - Interesting concept.   What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! LOVED this! Would have stayed elsewhere if you had not had it. water and fruit at pool nice shampoos beautiful room

  The room exceeded our expectations ,the pool and spa were very good the dining room served an exceptional meal service was beyond very professional for the evening dinner and the morning breakfast was very varied and prepared - Pool was beautiful and open early. Room was great.

  The choice of words did not adequately describe the resort. We enjoyed the walks and the lake but the indoor pool and spa were great, the food was terrific and the general area offered plenty of activities.   The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... cosa dice la gente » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  Very nice pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful - they were very patient with my moderate ability in French, and they were very courteous and helpful. - Loved the no rugs- for kids with environmental allergies this is a great idea and really appreciated. Very clean, quiet and welcoming.

  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch.
