  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.
