From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and
went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was
very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away
from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin

Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -
The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

The proximity to all the places in the heart of Mont Tremblant Village. The staff at the reception who are very friendly and professionnal. The view from our studio and the fact that we could park our car in the underground garage with direct access to our room. -
