The owners are extremely nice. The Auberge is beautiful, clean, comfortable, all in a relaxing environment. The breakfast was delicious, everything was homemade by the owners. They also offer a 4 course dinner, we will definitively try it next time we stay there.

The house was nice, with wooden floorboards (quite loud and creaky though), and a nice patio. It wasn't in what I would consider a main area to stay in Montreal, but was close to a subway station which made getting around easy.

Friendly, helpful and flexible staff. An old-fashioned Montreal apartment, but with a fully equipped kitchen, telephone for local calls and free wifi. Close to Jean Talon market and Jarre park. Very close to Beaubien metro which makes it a short ride to the Plateau area or downtown for shopping, trains, etc.
