Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

The area is beautiful and there's lots to do. It was a great getaway for a couple of days. -
Loved the room, it was clean, comfy and bright. The food and coffee in the cafe were excellent. Would definitely visit again!

Large, clean room with large, comfortable bed. Had a kitchenette with a
small fridge and microwave, table and chairs, sofa and large flat screen
tv. We asked for a quiet room and extra pillows and they delivered. A
basic continental breakfast is included: tea, coffe, juice, cereal,
toast. We paid just $96 incl. Tax in April. It was a pleasant surprise
as independent hotels leave something to be desired. This one is very
good for the price.

This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

It was wonderful to have a hotel right downtown in the middle of everything. We simply could walk to every place that we wanted to visit. It was so nice to have a room with cookies, water and plenty of tea and coffee. There was no problem accessing our computer, too.

The room was spacious and well appointed, with a lovely view of the vineyards and Niagara area.. The location was great - across the way from the Niagara parkway walking path, right along the river - great for a wakeup walk in the morning! Pleasant restaurant with good food and service (a bit expensive, but many of the restaurants in the area are as well).

Although the room rate was no bargain, I thought it was good value. The suite was large and we got full use out of it. Everything about the room from the bed (very comfortable) to the bathroom (loved the glass shower) to the not-so-small kitchen (even had a dishwasher and a toaster) was top notch.
The staff was also very helpful when I cycled up to the front door on my dirty bicycle after riding in the rain. They took me to a hose in the garage where I could clean it.
