We loved the quaint atmosphere that surrounded the place. It is a century home that was once a doctor's office and it is now the most lovely B&B that I've seen. Owners are super friendly, food was amazing. Always drinks and snacks available to us. They were very accommodating with our requests. -

Undoubtedly one of the best B & B experiences we've ever had. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and was beautifully furnished with artwork and antiques. My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

They used high end finishes and fixtures which made the room seem like a much more expensive hotel. When the staff found out it was my companion's birthday they left us a bottle of complimentary wine. A nice touch! I would stay here again in a minute. Great location, too! -

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!
